HOT ROUND SPRINGS

Hot Round Springs are one of the different types of helical/coil springs. The other type of helical spring is a cold Round spring. These springs are also known as hot coil spring/hot compression spring/hot helical spring. These are the springs which have an overlapping area of 14mm. They are processed by exposing the material to heat and then winding it around cylinders, with appropriate specifications.  The material used to manufacture these springs is taken a bit larger than the finish product, heated and then compressed to solid helical spring. These springs are efficient in handling heavy loads and are commonly used as compression springs. Their manufacture involves several factors to be considered in order to produce an efficient hot Round spring with large life expectancy.

MISPL manufactures Hot Round Springs and cold Round springs depending upon its customers’ requirements. It uses a standard method of processing the high grade raw materials to produce high quality springs which are stable, reliable and durable. The difference between this type of spring and the others available in the market is that the material is heated prior to the spring being made. At MISPL, we provide special finishing materials to be coated upon the springs to prevent quick rusting and wearing of the springs. We coat the springs with specific materials depending upon the environment in which it is to be used.

Our manufacturing range allows the customers to provide their requirements in order to produce their desired type of spring. The customers will have to provide certain details such as the length, no. of coils, diameter, type of finish, etc. in order to prepare their customized spring. With highly standardized machinery and efficient man power, we can provide our customers with any size or any quantity of springs they require. With our readily available, we are based both nationally and internationally.
